I remember Jimmy from Brooklyn when I was a young kid in the 1970's. He would at times hang out with my brothers and had many friends. I myself noticed that he was very different. He gave off a certain presence. You could see he was from Brooklyn , he had lots of class, yet would mingle with anyone and not show off.I remember telling him how I loved acting and he told me to go for it. He was always Mikey (Michael Kuhkul) and always had somewhere to go,but when in the neighborhood they would make sure that they visited everyone. I found out that he had passed away while reading "The New Yorker " at a doctor's office , I felt really bad and knew that we had lost a great actor. In the mid nineties I lost my brother the same way. They were all really nice people who got along well with everyone. I met Al Pacino when he was filming at the TWA terminal in Queens ,New York and can see that he is so down to earth and that became the reason they both got along so well. I will always be proud to say that Billy Hayden was my friend. My sincerest regards to his family. Sam Barreto Brooklyn , New York
